About this event

The Albemarle Get Fit Group is ready to "Cook Along" with participants who are signed up for the Program. Registration opens on Dec 15, 2023, at 8 am to get premade food kits with ingredients to cook along during the Zoom sessions. Albemarle Regional Health Services sponsors this program. Food kits will be available for the Zoom sessions that participants will pick up on the day of.
